X-Info IntelServer (XIIS) facilitates the effective tracking and control of any number of important components of your business. This may include stakeholders, stores, assets, prospects, clients, staff and other items that are central to your success. Contact details, history of correspondence, milestones, processes and documents are all stored to ensure integral information is never lost. Taking things one step further, XIIS allows you to add your own unique fields to the database, create your own specialised reports and also work in ‘offline’ mode if a network connection is not available. No matter what type of business you are working in, XIIS will give you the control that you are looking for.

Take a look at some of the features of X-Info IntelServer:

Offline database

IntelServer can operate either connected to, or disconnected from a centralised database.

When using the central database, any number of users can access and update the shared data.

When disconnected, the user works with an offline copy of the data which can be modified and synchronised back to the central database when a connection becomes available.

Spatial link

IntelServer seamlessly integrates with other products in the X-Info suite such as DataServer, allowing the objects within IntelServer to be viewed spatially. This lets users easily see where the objects are located, and how they are located relative to other objects.

Objects can even be selected within the DataServer spatial display by their location or proximity and identified within IntelServer where additional data can be assigned or queried.

Enhanced security

IntelServer provides a comprehensive security system allowing administrators to specify which users or groups of users have access to specific objects.

Security permissions can be set for each IntelServer project, and overridden right down to the object level allowing or denying specific users access to individual objects.

Cutomisable fields

IntelServer provides a default set of 'standard' fields for the various objects it supports and the activities that can be performed. These may be perfectly suitable, however because every industry is different, and every company has their own specific needs and ways of doing things, IntelServer can also be tailored to support specific data entry requirements.

A wide range of field types are available allowing administrators to create new fields for objects, contacts and communications.

Custom and standard fields can even be 'translated' allowing for different languages or terminology.

Process designer

Processes are an important part of many businesses and IntelServer makes it easy to set up processes that contain a series of steps or events. Events can recur at specified intervals, they can be assigned to a user, have a due date, and capture data in a variety of formats.

Reminders can be sent when events are approaching, and reports can show the status of the activities within a process.

Communications and actions

Communication is a crucial activity in any business and IntelServer helps to capture the data associated with business communication.

Communications between team members and contacts can be easily captured for each object and tasks assigned when necessary. Additional documents can also be attached to the object or the particular communication.

Users can see at a glance the previous communications that have occurred and can search and filter to locate particular details.

Administrators can also add custom fields to the communication screen to allow for industry or company specific data to be captured.

Built-in and custom reporting

A variety of built-in reports are provided with IntelServer however each of these can be customised to specify which data is included in the report, and which fields are displayed.

Commonly used custom reports can be added and saved as templates.

Advanced filtering

IntelServer allows users to easily locate data using filtering and searching.

Filters allow only relevant information to be shown which can then be further searched to locate the desired information or objects.

Experienced users can quickly type in a filter or search query, or the filter wizard and format hinting can be used to assist in selecting the fields to be used.
